1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within Malaysia only, including:

Peninsular Malaysia
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

For bulk or special delivery requests outside these regions, please contact us for arrangements.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
For custom or pre-order furniture, processing time may be longer. Customers will be notified accordingly.

3. Delivery Time

Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, item size, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount (as advertised).
For bulky or assembled furniture, additional handling charges may apply. These will be clearly stated before checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your parcel via the courier’s official tracking platform.

6. Self-Collection

Customers in the Kuala Lumpur area may arrange for self-collection from our store by appointment:

7. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please reach out to us with your order number at east_end20@outlook.com.

While we are not liable for courier delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
In the case of lost packages, we will help communicate with the courier to initiate an investigation or claim.
