Order Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

  • Once your order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. For orders already delivered, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture

  • Orders for customised, personalised, or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Please ensure all details (measurements, colour, material) are correct before confirming your purchase.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

Your cancellation request may be declined if:

  • The order has already been packed, shipped, or delivered.

  • The product is customised, made-to-order, or specially requested.

  • The request is made after the allowed cancellation period.
