Once your order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. For orders already delivered, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture
Orders for customised, personalised, or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Please ensure all details (measurements, colour, material) are correct before confirming your purchase.

The order has already been packed, shipped, or delivered.
The product is customised, made-to-order, or specially requested.
The request is made after the allowed cancellation period.
