1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

The item is unused, in original condition, and packaged with all original accessories and manuals.

The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 4).
Note: Returned items must be in resellable condition. Items that show signs of use, assembly, physical damage, or are missing parts will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back.

Ship the item to the return address provided in the confirmation email.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method or store credit (based on your preference).
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Clearance, “As-Is”, or final sale items

Items returned after 7 days without prior approval

Products damaged due to improper assembly, misuse, or customer negligence
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
